Inclusion doesn’t work.

Has anyone researched the teaching method of absorbtion. Like, how can I arrange my teaching so that the 23 children in my class who want to, can learn, whilst I fire fight comments between 7 mildly disruptive children who take it in turns to throw little things, copy what I say, have a carry on, shout across the classroom; to name a few. I should start to tally how many times other kids moan for the low level disruption to stop. Or how long it takes for the disruption to stop so I can start to explain, well, ANYTHING.
