Here is my life at this point in time (I have to say that, my lifestyle/mood changes more times than I care to remember):
I wake around 5. I eat breakfast. I go to work and usually work from 7:10 until 5 with 10 minutes to myself at lunch. I come home eat dinner watching something distracting before getting ready for bed around 7 which inevitably takes an hour of pottering. By which time I’m usually tired enough to try sleep. Failing that I have a large stock of pills to help. I pass out in a medicated stupor and the whole thing starts again the next morning.
I don’t know how I’d survive without sleep. I’m either high as a kite and not sleeping for days or I’m barely functioning on 9 hours a night.
I know what I need. 10 hours sleep with no alarm for a few days. But I’m working such long hours at the moment I dont see that happening.
